Stressed

Eating when I am stressed is my go to and I’m not sure why I do it.

Stress can make me cry,

Stress hurts my insides,

Stress makes me sad,

Stress disappoints me,

Stress makes me sick,

Stress is not fair.

I must change things so I am no longer Stressed! Maybe when I’m stressed I should write or read a book!

  1. Girl…I am going to be eating ALL the comfort foods in the world after today. Sheesh. Its been a day! Hope the rest of your evening improves! ā¤

  2. I just committed to no sugar/white flour for TODAY. So far so good. And tomorrow I will try it again. Ice cream is my comfort food and this winter Ben and Jerry have been close friends – too close! Sugar is like alcohol for me. A few minutes or hours of fun and then misery for far longer than that. Not worth it. Deep breathe, walk, be kind to yourself. Maybe these will help šŸ™‚

  3. I always wish that I could be one of those people who “can’t eat a thing” when they are stressed. Chips and chocolate are not safe in my house, but I too am trying to find something to replace the stress…it wreaks havoc on my body….the stress and the eating!

    I certainly have some stress stored on my hips. Reading and writing are good remedies for stress.
