Stress is not good for anyone.  I try hard not to show that I am stressed.  Some days start out stressful and some days end up stressful.  But, what can someone do to control this stress?

Eat well!

Get enough sleep!


Forget the things you can’t control!


Enjoy life!

And Move on! Tomorrow will be another day!

  1. Good advice on avoiding stress. You always walk around with a smile on your face. It’s impressive. One knows that you can’t possibly be happy ALL the time, but keeping a smile on our face as much as possible DOES alleviate stress. Fake it till you make it – right? It actually helps!!
