“Taralli” are toroidal Italian snack foods, common all over the southern half of Italy. A cracker similar in texture to a bread stick or pretzel.

I’m a 100% Italian. I was born in America from two hardworking Calabrese parents. Obviously, I love to eat good food, but also like cooking. I really like to try making recipes that my mother has shared with me!

A day off of work, so I decided to make these! Yummy!

  2. So when are you going to start bringing goodies to work, lady?? I enjoy reading about all your escapades in the kitchen, our roots are so important to hold on to and you thread it through all you do. Love!

  3. I would love to try them sometime. Are they considered a bakery treat or bread???

  4. um, where is mine????? I can bring you some of the Jello I made yesterday. 🙂
